Definitely recommend to all Vampire Academy fanatics. The one director said he only read vampire academy twice. The other casting decision that was jarring to me was Danila Kozlovsky as Dimitri Belikov. I picked up this book in hopes that it would help me understand why they made the movie the way they did, but it just made me hate it more.
