I will admit, I kind of see Martha Stewart recipes as outside of my cooking abilities and have tended to stay away from her books. Martha Stewart is an American business magnate, author, editor and homemaking advocate. This book is full color and contains relatively simple vegetarian recipes that are really inventive, plus suggested menus, explanations on grains, spices, nuts and seeds, and more. Those looking to inspire a long-time meat eater to enjoy vegetables more often would do well to share some of the recipes from Meatless. Every recipe is accompanied by an image and everything looks appetizing, even the dishes that feature an ingredient I can't stand.
